Shipping policy

Shipping Policies :

DOMESTIC- 

1. Shipping within India is 100 INR.
2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 3,000.
3. COD is applicable for orders below 5000INR, COD charges will be 200INR for an order.
4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at hello@ekantastudio.com within 4 hours of placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL-

1. Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order
2. Any Custom Charges or VAT or Duty has to be borne by the customer.
3. Our delivery partner is DHL. In rare cases we use other reputed services too.
4. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers. No Exchanges, Returns or Refund.
