PRIVACY STATEMENT:

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

 SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

 

-Where we deliver?

We deliver to all the destinations across India and all overseas destinations.

For international shipping kindly mail us with product and size details to ekantastudiostore@gmail.com for placing the orders.

-Are there any charges for local shipping?

Standard shipping charges applies based on weight of each product.

-How long does it take for the product to be dispatched?

Once the order is placed with us, the products will be dispatched within 7 to 10 business days. Custom made orders are usually shipped within 15 to 20 days from the date of placing the order and can take even longer depending on the design and workmanship required which will be intimated to you.

-How long does it take for the product to be delivered?

 For within India, the shipping takes 2 - 3 working days. For international orders, the shipping time depends on the country, between 5 - 12 working days. 

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will certainly assist you track down your package through our partnering courier company.

-How does the delivery happen?

We process all shipping through safe and reliable courier companies. If there is no service available in your area, we will ship via Government Registered Post or Speed Post.

-Can I track my order?

Yes! After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. The tracking details will be sent once the shipping is done. In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

-Is the payment gateway safe and secure?

We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders.

-Do we provide Cash On Delivery service?

We do not Provide COD service.

-What are the mode of payments we accept?

Payment has to be made by card/ net banking/ Google Pay/ Pay Pal/ Paytm. For other payment options (cash deposit etc) you can contact us ekantastudiostore@gmail.com

 

 EXCHANGE & RETURNS

As a company we put all our effort in crafting each piece to best of our efforts.

-What can I return?

As a company policy, we do not provide a refund on any product sold. Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only.

If  you would like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 3 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at ekantastudiostore@gmail.com with order number, full name, address and size change required/ images of the damaged product and our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product. We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return of a product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used. All products to be returned must be notified to ekantastudiostore@gmail.com within 7 Days of receipt of your order and dispatched within 7 working days of the receipt of the order. We would require you to deliver all the original documents with the product.

All products under SALE or purchased using a coupon/discount code are not valid for any exchange or return. 

-Where do I send my return?

Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the Order Number and Details. We Do not provide Pick-up service, hence the order needs to be self-shipped in case of an exchange. We would require you to deliver all the original documents with the product.The sender has to bear the returns shipping cost.

Zero Waste

At Ekanta we passionately practice Environmental and social sustainable development. In the process of crafting beautiful clothes for you, we encounter significant waste at the cutting table that is unavoidable. As conscious makers we decided to close the loop by giving renewed value to these waste bits that would otherwise find their place in overflowing landfills. We have joined hands with the rural women from the 5000 families who were rehabilitated after the horrific Chennai floods, to help provide them livelihood by giving them these textile scraps which they then make products of and sell with the help of an NGO. We’re doing our bit by making consciously. It’s is now your turn to shop consciously.
