Free Shipping is available for orders above INR 3,000.00
COD is applicable for orders below INR 5,000.00, COD charges will be INR 200.00 for an order. Please note COD is not applicable for kids wear, customized order and few specific collections
Shipping charges for outside India will be calculated during check out depending on the destination country.
Any Custom Charges or VAT or Duty has to be borne by the customer.
As a company policy, we do not provide a refund on any product sold. Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for size replacement only.
If you would like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 3 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with order number, full name, address and size change required/ images of the damaged product and our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product. We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request.
